The HRC Portland Gala Brunch was a wonderful event! Terry pleased to introduce special guest speaker, John Berry Director of US Office of Personnel Management, the highest ranking openly gay official in any federal administration. Our good friend, Vic Basile, was there with John Berry in his position of Senior Counselor to the Director.
